The Women in Business Initiative is designed to equip women with the tools, training, and networks they need to build sustainable businesses. From entrepreneurship development to digital training and access to funding opportunities, we support women-led enterprises through tailored programmes and partnerships that break barriers and drive success.

WiB Programme is designed to:

Demystify business development for women at different stages
Provide practical frameworks for starting and growing a business

Address real-life challenges unique to women entrepreneurs in Africa
Create cross-border networking that fosters shared learning and accountability.

Developing Africa's Business Leaders

In our pilot phase, RGF trained 100 dynamic women from Nigeria, Ghana, and Kenya through a focused business development initiative aimed at building capacity, confidence, and community.

Our consultants listen, diagnose and co-design tailored business solutions for participants.

We conduct needs assessment:

A lot of women have ideas, passion, and drive, but don’t know where or how to start a business.
Some lack clarity on business models, and others fear failure due to limited support structures. Those who start are unsure how to scale or formalize their operations.

For past beneficiaries, it was an opportunity:

Seeing their ideas take structured form
Helping them understand value proposition, customer segmentation, and business planning
Being in a safe space with women like them, from different African countries, all trying to build something meaningful.

We’re proud of what these women achieved during our pilot phase. However, we’re even more excited about what lies ahead as they continue to build, collaborate, and transform their communities through their enterprises.
