Richard George
When Honourable Reuben Mgbodi Esq supported Richard with the publication of his final year undergraduate project in 1987, he looked forward to that day when he would help young graduates of his Alma mater institutions through mentoring, coaching and empowerment. Late in 2018, this vision resurfaced compellingly. With deep dive sessions and rigorous research, Richard realised that mentoring was not as simple or straight forward as it should be. It required a safe and secure infrastructure and robust analytical software to deliver his vision of “Raising Africa’s Change Makers” in the 21st century. His search for the best platform led to the discovery of Pushfar; a leading Mentoring software provider with global outlook that is fit for the purpose of Richard George Foundation (RGF). For sustainability, pace and scale RGF will be actively engaging sponsors, stakeholders and investors to deliver its goal of empowering up to ten thousand young African graduates with focus on his Alma mater institutions.
