The current evolution of Technology in the world especially in Africa has caused the need for vital skills necessary in the digital economy, there is an urgent need for skillful youths in this changing world and also in Africa to enable the growth and advancement of the economy. The need for skills is at a climax to meet human needs. There is a skill gap in Africa due to poor infrastructure, unreliable electricity, poor internet or network connectivity, and many other lapses, this shortage of skills especially in the area of technology is one of the limitations of Africa’s growth.

Richard GEORGE FOUNDATION(RGF) seeks to engage youths and provide managed apprenticeship services for local organizations – maximizing their investment, shaping new employees, and securing a pipeline of future talent.
Join us in supporting and strengthening young mentees through your donations as we aim to match our mentee’s training and qualifications with work placements, internships, and employment opportunities to develop their skillsets, competencies, and capabilities.
